by purchasing products from apptork labs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license. this means you may use the provided codebase for one (1) personal or commercial project per purchase. you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, leasing, or open-sourcing the raw source code or any modified version of the boilerplate. apptork labs provides the software "as is" without any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. we hold no liability for any bugs, data loss, security breaches, or operational damages arising from the use of our infrastructure in your production environments.

license duration and updates
your purchase includes twelve (12) months of minor updates, security patches, and bug fixes for the specific software major versions documented at the time of purchase. major version upgrades or architectural rewrites are excluded and require a separate license purchase.

third-party apis and compatibility
apptork labs provides integrations with third-party apis (including but not limited to openai, replicate, revenuecat, stripe, and lemon squeezy) "as is." we hold no liability and offer no guarantees if upstream api providers modify, deprecate, or break their endpoints, authentication protocols, or pricing structures. apptork labs is not responsible for any api costs incurred by running this software.
